We are a participating contractor with the Sacramento Municipal Utility District and SMUD has financing available at affordable rates for installing energy-efficient central air conditioning systems and heat pumps.

Requirements and benefits of SMUD Financing:

• The equipment purchased must be Energy Star Rated.
• The installation address must be within SMUD’s specified territory.
• There is a $100 dollar application fee.
• You, as the customer, may choose the 5th, 10th, 20th, or 25th, as your payment due date.
• There is an 8.5% interest rate/fixed amount which is subject to change.
• The number of payments can range from 12 months to 120 months and is determined by the amount financed and customer preference.

In addition, we have partnered with GE to help our clients upgrade their heating and cooling systems. GE Money Bank has a GEOSmart Program that offers a full scope of financing plans with payment options and low rates that are designed to meet a wide variety of time frames and budgets.

Requirements and benefits of GE Financing:

• No application fee.
• Minimum amount financed is $1,000.
• Any heating and air conditioning equipment or components will qualify.
• Simple credit approval process.
• Deferred interest options with minimum payments required. (2.5% minimum payment factor each month with deferred interest options of 6, 9, 12, and 18 months)
• Reduced APR options with low payments. (1.25% or 2% payment factor each month with interest options from 7.99% to 13.99%)
• Fixed Payment Options.
