I’m buying an REO property and needed a quick diagnoses on an HVAC issue before I removed my inspection contingency. Their service tech, came out and diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me an estimate all for a very reasonable diagnostic fee of $69.99. It was 10 bucks cheaper than what my original choice was advertising! Quick and professional. What more can you ask for? I’ll be calling this company back to do the repair after I close escrow.
