This is the first time I have written a testimonial, but I am so impressed with your service I will give it a try. We discovered a major leak in our sprinkler system; however, to have enough room to repair it, the new A/C unit you installed earlier this year needed to be moved out of our way. My son decided, at the last minute, he wanted to do it on a Friday afternoon after work. I called your office late Fri. afternoon and Marty had a tech on site that evening. He disconnected unit and moved it out of our way. Well, one sprinkler problem led into another, etc. This turned into an entire weekend job, but we finally finished late on Sunday evening. Contacted Marty again to see possibility of having AC reinstalled on Monday – mind you, this is LABOR DAY weekend!!! Monday morning, bright and early, Ken was here to reinstall the unit. After reviewing our situation, he suggested we move the placement of the unit to avoid any further interference with sprinklers. He and his partner accomplished this is no time and with a smile on Labor Day – and no extra change what’s so ever! I am so pleased with Alley. I would recommend them to all.
